I get massive sugar cravings after eating lunch every day. I'm full, I've eaten a good amount, but I "need" something sweet/sugary. This makes resisting any office treats difficult. Any advice on either something that will satisfy the cravings without just smashing a load of cookies, or how to break the cravings?
I run most lunch times so maybe it's just the "eat all the things" feeling?
