Fair play to you for committing to something like that, and each to their own etc etc, but I enjoy food way too much to do that.
I eat a lot of raw veg, but having a diet that is based exclusively on that plus a few other bits and bobs would make me sad. And fuck fasting.
Are you doing that due to medical issues, to lose weight, or just to feel better on a day to day basis?
I was sceptical at first myself, but I can only say that from my own personal experience I just feel so much better. I fast two days a week and eat raw food for the other five.
I can understand it wouldn't suit everyone, but it works for me.
