Humans spend millions of years developing a shorter intestine, allowing us to extract more energy from food, faster— thanks entirely to discovery of fire and cooking. In turn, this allows us to develop brain size and become humans... then some time later some people decide to bin all that and then go on about how much 'energy' they all have.
Raw food movement makes no sense to me.
