Up 3kg since mid Dec now 80kg at 185cm
Which is better than the 98kg I started at.
But not as good as the 69kg low I hit 6 months after started the diet/cycling.
Nor is it the 73kg fighting weight I'm aiming for for 1st May.
Ideas to lean off without losing muscle and power? Or it a case of knocking 500kcal a day off the daily intake as MFP suggests and still do 8-10hrs a week via trainer road?
