  • I'm up to 91kg from 88kg before the 3 weeks of seasonal excess (not playing football 3/4 times a week and no gym 3/4 time per week). Which I'm actually not too horrified by. Plan is to get down to 85kg by end of March, whilst maintaining my weight routine.

    Going to start swimming and give up beer for 3 months is about the only major change I'll make as I had been 88kg for around 3 months before xmas so had hit a bit of a plateaux
