A radio trigger.

Check your flash gun, it might be able recieve as-is. In which case you just need a cheap hotshoe trigger from eBay.

My A6000 got wet when I got caught out in the rain a few days ago and now this error message keeps popping up. Super annoying.

A bit of googling suggests this is common when the hotshoe gets a bit damp but it's been two days now and it spent last night sitting in a bowl of rice to dry out. No change. Camera works fine otherwise but it's very frustrating because the error pops up every few seconds.

Repair centre job? :(

Thats one of the probs with these little compacts ....I hope the nxt Fuji x100 series
will have weatherproofing ......and maybe a tilting screen.Im super paranoid when it rains,and
yet I want to take photos in heavy rain !

Ok great, it says it's corrupted btw, failed to mention that in the first post.

So, any recommendations guys?

Sorry I can't recommend a particular software to recover your files as I have not needed one of these myself yet.

Sometimes SD cards come with their own software to do just this, so if you remember having one of those obviously give it a try - if not google brings up a lot of tools, just have to find one that's good and preferably free.. maybe this will help?

I'm using a Macintosh, i'll post in the computer thread too.

My camera still has that annoying pop up error message after two days of sitting in rice. Annoying as I'm off to New York tomorrow and it makes using the camera super frustrating.
