Just picked up a pair of Ox blood Grensons from eBay for £70. I know they often get flack, but out of curiosity if they say "made in England" are they made in England? Or are they made elsewhere and just polished here?
This pair don't say Goodyear Welted on the sole, so am I correct to assume they have a Blake Welt instead? The listing said Goodyear Welted, but they're pretty much new and I like them so, I'm not sure I'm going to make a fuss either way.
Re cleaning, would you generally use a neutral polish or crèam?
