Needs a restoration obviously
Obviously? From the picture it doesn't look bad at all!
I would keep the paint (if original) as is; looks great.

Hi
Unusual color scheme. Do you know which team used it ??

I have a confirmation that it is indeed a 1984 frameset. The original color was a blue fade as you can see in the picture.

Minor update, frame is in restoration for a few weeks now.
Slow progress but I have collected the shifters en front- / rearmech.I have decided to use attached image (with Moser) as a reference.
That frame has the exact same cable routing (the hole on the site is rather special).

Does anyone know approx numbers made of the Va Por la Horas mk 1 , 2 & 3?
I've often wondered.

Yes - that's a great brochure page - I like the head-badge. - I think the seatpost bolt moved in 1988 ish - would be nice to find out how many of these were made -maybe not so many as the chrono was in production around then. (they did actually make some earlier frames with bolt on top (see pic in Moser's garage in magazine article)

Coming on well. Re toeclips ALE were widely used at the time as were Christophe and Campagnolo. I like the Campagnolo toestraps but they mark really easily so for use a much cheaper set of Christophe straps and then put the Campagnolo on when ready to hang on wall on your retirement (Campag ones are quite thisk and scuff easily when fitted and removed from holes in pedals.

@anidel
I found a Moser columbus SLX, which is my dream bike really.
These are the first generation and much harder to find.
