How does PT Jacket bear with torrential rainfall?

(not a buying in sale question, already have one and love it just never worn in proper rain)

The advice from Rapha is (or used to be) to carry a Rain Jacket.

The back isn't waterproof at all and the front will let in eventually.

Thought as much. But I was pleasantly surprised at how it performed in a 5 minute downpour. Completely dry on arms and chest, obviously another 5 minutes and it probably would have been a different story.
