    490,530,560,520,550 - on waking, say 8am
    550, 560, 550, 610, 590, 550 - ~10min after using puffer, say 8:20

    540, 450, 510, 530, 510, 530 - after ride, 4pm
    600, 570, 580, 540, 580, 520 - ~10min after puffer, say 4:15pm

  • Looks like you could have held 580-600 all day if you'd added another dose at noon. Being a bit low first thing in the morning is normal even for people on a full preventer regime, but your reliever seems to be working. You still need to see your GP/Asthma clinic to get a plan together, and don't assume that the first regime they give you is the perfect one, especially if you go on the beclomethasone there's a huge range of dosing and they tend to start people in the middle. I dropped from an initial 400μg/day generic down to 100μg/day Qvar and my PF held up, but the max is 1600μg/day and some people obviously need that much.
