Northern line for me this morning, at least initially. Got down to the platform at Balham to find a crowd 4 or 5 people deep, and a train that hadn't moved for about 5 minutes. Broken down train at Oval, apparently. Fuck this, I'll get the train to Victoria instead.
And as I went back up the stairs, where another crowd was being kept behind the barriers, I heard the immortal line: "There is a good service running on all London Underground lines".
10/10 Would scoff again.
