Good as backups, but I wouldn't want them as a main light.

Totally agree, but I thought @hippy planned to use them as back-ups.

Yep, we already have quite a collection of bigger lights (and some shittier smaller spare ones that I no longer trust). This is just cheap blinky backup lighting.

Oh yeah, I really should read all the posts. Then agreed, I have a pair in my bag as backups. I keep them in 35mm film canisters though as otherwise they tend to get turned on and have no juice left when you need them.
