Can anyone recommend to me a super cheap brake lever to use with a caliper brake?

Currently there are Shimano Claris 2400, Sora 3500 and Tiagra 4600 versions, the older models are BL-R440 and BL-R550 and those are the one you're likely to find either new at clearance prices or second hand.

Winter ready. Cheap, easy to install and take off mudguards, SKS Hightrek. Also switched the crankset for shimano sante.

I'll have a look at my collection of 1" spacers - I think I have a few thin ones lying about that didnt work with my A-head and shim setup, otherwise I deffo have steerer offcuts that you can use easily. Fo frees of course. PM me if you want.

Looks great! Would recommend you to level off that rear rack though, bring it closer to the seatstays.

Finally got a nice seatpost so I think this is done.

Plum Vainqueur, columbus PS, DA cranks and nitto finishing kit. Sometimes it has drops but I prefer it like this.
