Genius. Ladyliz and some of her non-bike friends(who love spinning) will be all over this.

We're still looking for an instructor who likes metal to take the class (otherwise we make do with one of Edge's standard ones holding their ears and crying) so if anyone knows one who'd be interested let me know - paid gig!

Richard at Cadence is good and has eclectic musical tastes. Might be worth dropping him a line.

Sorry I don't. And I won't see him until Jan. tbh I think all their guys are pretty good and they aren't averse to pimping them out (it's my work gym where Richard does a class).
