  I’m staying in my sister in laws for the weekend in Fulham. I’ve a long run to do tomorrow, around 3 hours.

  Battersea Park and Hyde Park are similar enough distance away. Thinking of running to one and just doing loops (my sense of direction/map skills are woeful)

  I had the speed 2, one of my favourite shoes. Picked up the speed 4 awhile ago. Haven’t done a huge amount of mileage in it but nowhere near as good as the 2 in my opinion. The grip in the wet is still shite, there’s a lot more material in the upper, I need to really cinch the laces to get a proper lock down. It’ll do the job but not a shoe I look forward to running in
