Anyone can enter, but if the field is full, which it will be, the highest ranking riders get preference.

The Nationals in Shrewsbury: can anyone with a license enter? Or is there a pre-qualification process? Mate asked me today and I honestly haven't a clue and the BC website doesn't shed light
