Not sure, it's what came up when I googled for "bicycle vacuum flask".
A http://www.bikebuddy.co.uk/ would allow you to use any Thermos Flask.

Given that you're never more than 3 or 4 hours from the last control (and all will be able to provide hot black coffee).
