Not a far cry from the old topic with a similar title, I think "hot girl on bikes" (can't remember what exactly was it called), and also men crying about why it got locked (and replaced by Super cool women doing neat things on bikes).

Yeah, some other user needs to click the spanner icon below overview/segments on your main ride page and flag it from there. It used to be more obvious but Strava have improved the UI so it's more difficult to find.

Anyone ever actually followed a strava training plan? Is it any good?

Tried and failed. Once you start, you can't edit it at all or adjust it to fit in unavoidable interruptions.
Also, it basically just seems like an advertising campaign by Carmichael Training Systems to try to rope people in to their $199/mnth training scheme with a coach that you'll never actually meet.
