  • Love the black & white one. Strong!

  • I tend to use snap focus on my GRD, f4/5 and everything tends to be in focus. Though if you can't change it from 1.9, that might not work so great.

  • Unfortunately an urban fox's life can be very brutal. This poor wretch was wondering around today.

  • I can say that going from a canon 5d MII > X100s was a good decision. Can vouch for the x100t also. But those small Ricoh's are awesome. Better color rendition to the fuji that favours the green's and blues like their film..

  • I think I'm just going to take the plunge and get the ricoh. I have no important work I need doing over the holidays so if it doesn't work out its not a problem. Worse comes to worse I'll have spare funds from selling the 5D to try something else.

Last call for my gear before it goes to Mpb:
    5Diii -£1100
    Canon 50 1.4 - £150
    Canon 28 2.8 (newest one) - £200

  • I think the X100t and the Ricoh are both great for colour rendition. Different character to the colours though.

  • have got IR Wireless Remote Shutter Release for Nikon DSLR cameras such as D7000 D600 D5200 D3200 D5100 D7100. Price: £1.50, collected in Hackney.

  • Still a good shot @IzMota. For me, approaching potential 'street' photography subjects, is as challenging as getting the camera set up right.

  • I just can't get my head around digital colour.

I have years of photoshop experience but I'm not happy. I need to learn processing from someone good. There is something about how digital deals with mid-highlights that isn't very nice. Help! Any advice?

In the meantime, I'm enjoying doing some low-light, hi-iso bw stuff.
