Not sure what price you want but I sometimes use Graham from Tiller Cycles, he can do custom spoke lengths in 13g Sapim Leader.

Where can I get 13 gauge (2.3 mm) spokes at a good price? Saw a job lot going on ebay but they didn't have the lengths I wanted. They are for a build that has a single layered rim so am rounding down a good 2mm to prevent protrusion (hate having to file down). 284mm x 108 required. Any leads?
