59 cm track steel frame, £200 BIN. Has been resprayed with nice fade, lugs are somewhat unusual.
It's also 59*56...suggesting a custom frame.

I did a double-take when I saw that!!
@Vince this is like the mystery bike you sold me about a year ago:It is built up with a campag group at the moment for a slightly more period appropriate look (apologies for the abysmal photo)
I would have said the seatpost cluster, RGB lugs and identical orange-yellow fadez suggest it's at least passed through the same hands if it isn't Carré built. On the other hand the threads are British, though it could have been rethreaded... -

I'd have another look.
The top bike has fastback seat stays, where as the bottom ones wrap over.
French BB shells are slightly larger than British so, even if rethreaded, the cups would be loose.
The top bike doesn't have a fade at the rear and the front fade is much more abrupt.
Apart from that... :0

mine is probably repainted anyways, so that may not be relevant... Except that the colour scheme did seem more frequent on Carre frames of that era, so mine was probably just someone trying to cheaply imitate the other . The fast back seat stays are actually less common for Carre than the track frame's swept back ones (if it is him).
Probably not as similar as I first thought, as the only actual "similarity" is the lugs, which isn't really saying anything!

They're still not very common lugs though? :)

It is a decent deal but not a bargain.
IIRC there was a reputable eBay seller listing mini DA gruppos for £350 brand new with postage.

Very tempted by this myself, but it's a tad too small for me.
Sick as fuck, Gilco tubed Italian frameset for £100.
