  • Yes try and email them. Or ring them. Or wait for them to ring you back. Or speak to them on the phone and get a promise for delivery on multiple occassions. Or call them again. Or leave a message. Or ring them. Or try and email them.

  • Has anyone suggested ringing them?

  • I'm up to 12 unanswered calls today, and i've left 3 messages, and 1 message yesterday. Apparently the local parcelforce depot have had my parcel for over 2 weeks and not even attempted to deliver it.

  • @youramericanlover whoa dude no need for that. I was simply suggesting that at that very point in time an email worked, so perhaps it was a period where new emails were getting answered.

  • Put yourself in @youramericanlover s shoes. I think he's been very reasonable. I'd certainly not have been as nice as he's being about the situation.

  • I received the handlebar after 8 days (I live in Sweden) so I don't really have anything to blame hubjub for. Bargain price as well. But I wish it could be easier to contact them.

  • are hub jub as unreliable with the delivery of their e-bay stuff, I'm currently watching a Phil Wood hub their selling.

  • I've got Phil Wood hubs from there ebay shop in the past with no issues. I guess they only put stock they have on Ebay

  • My rims arrived.

  • My wheels finally arrived today, its been a long time coming but I'm really happy with the build.

    Service not fantastic this time, order took a nearly a week to arrive and then ended up being wrong, was sent back and the replacements still haven't arrived :( hope this is a momentary blip.

  • My last 4 orders. All wrong!! I jumped on to the blower and gave them a mouthful. Not sure if I would use them again. Oh not to mention a dozen phone calls and half a dozen emails. Piss poor service.

  • Who did you speak to? Finally got my order to come through correctly...

  • Ordered a chain from them. An izumi one in black and the DID chain came also in black. Not too bothered as they are pretty much the same and I got the more expensive one out of the two but thought worth mentioning.

    Will inform him as I feel I should.

    Other than that, the postage was quick, though the packaging was really rather excessive, and even got a nice note from him.

  • Gave them another chance, 44rn were on sale again.

  • Ordered a freewheel on the 2nd.

    Order confirmed.

    Didn't get it for a week, emailed. No reply.
    10 days later got a email saying they had just sent it.

    Emailed again, had no reply.
    Freewheel turned up but pretty disappointed as it took 2 weeks, had heard good things but :/
