Thanks. Got a bell recently as I was fed up of almost being taken out by pedestrians on a small side road next to my work.

Could you not like, avoid nearly hitting pedestrians in the first place?

Yeah I do. Though it seems nice to announce my impending arrival as they tend not to look before stepping out as its a small quiet street.
