  • For sure. It's only a thought in the back of my mind. I'm more likely to save up for a framebuilding course and try see if it's possible to building some kind of funnybike/lopro looking thing with hinges. Probably just ride this thing to death and buy a Raleigh 20.

Talking of frame-building, more simple job, who around London can swap dropouts to track ends?
Actually, who knows where I can source the rear-facing horizontal dropouts with RD hanger?
The Condor lopro had them and I've not seen any anywhere else since.

    Maybe like this?

Or the crop from the old Condor was like this -

  • Or you could buy a derailleur hanger for it.

What about the 120mm spacing? might be a little tight with 130mm wheels.

  • Well there's a chance the next frame I have will be the ratty Lo-pro that @Ndeipi was selling, which is a 1xwhatever tt frame, but I'd prefer to run it fixed, with the option to swap back to gears (or vice versa). Ideally it's remove the current rear dropouts and swap for track style ends with rd hanger.

The Mayfair has horizontal-enough dropouts I could maybe run fixed with it anyway.
