I haven't really done much recently so I'm probably a bit out of touch. Off the top of my head Drumatic is pretty good, it looks like there's a new version too. Camel crusher is great too but the free version disappeared after the company shut down, should be able to find it with some digging. Crystal synth too. I'll try and dig out some links later.

Having a crack at making music again after a few years off. Used cubase and reason in the past
