Is that Madison not stocking or interested in ordering these parts for you? Giant in Kentish Town got me some parts from Madison, 9-speed brifter bit where the brake cable sits, maybe they are more common?
I could get you in touch with a German shop if necessary. Then we know whether Paul Lange is as bad as Madison.
