Dog. I love that you ask all these indepth questions of us. But if you've not worked out by now that most of us are just keeping one eye on the results and reading the match reports, then coming on here to jump all over you, mike, and dicking, when what have you been doing for the last 2 years?

Well it's a bit early to judge but I like the cut of his jib so far. Watford for disappointing but pretty unlucky. Having to play Richardson at left back is an complete disaster, but otherwise we at least seem to have a more settled and sensible set up - just gift goals every game.
I'm not expecting anything from the next couple of games, but the real test starts with Newcastle - then through to Feb we'll see if there is any hope. By then Remi should have had enough time to get them playing his way and if we are still not massively adrift in Jan and Randy has any sense he'll spend a few quid to try and keep us up. We probably only need a new Keeper, RB, LB, CB, central midfielder and striker.Even when we go down, I hope that we stick with him. We've got pretty good youth to come through but the championship is so hard to get out of I fear bouncing back would be really tough.
@villa-ru, your bitterness runs deep. Despite the losses, how is Remi Garde shaping up, does he look like he knows what he's doing? Or are you the big team that needs to head down to the championship, sweep out the dead wood, bring through the youngsters and use the parachute payments to try and make a return the next season?
Or would Lerner cut bait with Garde and turn to another retread?
