Ingredients:
1 tortilla (wholewheat is best)
Peanut Butter (crunchy whole earth is best, smooth for weight weenies)Prep:
Lay tortilla flat
Fill inside with several spoons-worth of PB
Add honey, sliced bananas, chopped nuts, etc, to taste
Roll tortilla up, tuck the ends in
Clingfilm if requiredRepeat as many as needed (1 per hr abt. right for me on longer rides). Fits nicely in jersey pockets, but also in saddlebag, jacket pockets, bottle cage holders, etc!
I'd like to bump this thread for a love of peanut butter tortillas. Easy to make, store, all the right forms of energy ( I think ). Cheap too.
Possible enhancements include honey, banana, more nuts - you name it!
