Why does it meant to be best winter tights? I was looking for a quality winter tights. Is this one really the best?

I looked around and these have very good reviews - 9/10, 10/10 from road.cc and cyclingweekly. Meant to be comparable in quality with ones much more expensive (as most Sportful stuff is), but without the stigma of DHB...
I think 'best' just means warm without being restrictive, and with a decent pad. I've had to buy new ones because my legs have got so #swole that I can't fit into last year's tights any more. I had DHB ones last year and they were absolutely fine, but if you can get Sportful for about £15 more then it's a bit of a no-brainer to me.

Cheap Sportful R&D bib tights - meant to be the best winter tights for the money. £74 posted if you use the 3% voucher code that's googleable.
The only place that has them in Large (that's all they have), and also £30 cheaper than everywhere else.
Just waiting to see how reliable the postage is.
