At that price it's going to be a badged up open mould frame. You can probably find the same bike for less elsewhere by not paying the Viner 'tax'. Have you seen the frame in person? I'd check for mud clearance, UK conditions require as much clearance around the rear wheel as possible, otherwise the frame will get scratched to hell.
Viner are a long established company, but they used to mainly work as a fabricator for other brands.
Ok, need a bit of advice, kinda narrowed my CX bike down to a Ridley, would love hydraulic brakes but don't really want to spend £1600, A Viner now looks quite good as they have everything I want, but I haven't really heard that much about them... plus how good is a £1400 carbon bike going to be? They look damn good though!
