Didn't need fixing, in English without capitalisation 'biro' is an accepted generic term for a ball-point pen, and with capitalisation 'Biro' is a trademark of Bic which they use for ball-point pens made under the patent they purchased from László Bíró
Since the patent has long since expired, anybody can make a biro, but only Bic can make a Biro
