BMX - Lets see your little bikes.

It was time to rebuild wheels and replace pedals again. There's also a new jpeg on the back as I'd managed to put a sizeable crack in the old one due to it being a little too worn out.

Been riding bmx for over 5 years only on 2-3 different frames. I recently have been riding a 20.75 but am thinking of dropping to 20.4. Hoping to gain a little more bike control and not feel like I'm having to sling it around everywhere. Im 5'9" btw. Would that change really even feel too much different?

Would anyone know of a bmx store that would have the ACS 6prong tool? I can't seem to find a bike shop that has one, didn't realise they were so rare...

that's the puppy, out of stock tho, as it seems to be everywhere. think it may be a redundant part now, time for a carefully destructive removal and a new freewheel i think!

Dug this fella out of a skip today, bit of air in the tyres and oil on the chain and its good to go! Now I just need to remember how to ride little bikes again…

Once again the bmx required a bit of maintenance. I've replaced all of the outbound grind side spokes, modified my V4 gland so it actually works, new bottom bracket and 510HX and had to retire the bob bars for the Sunday Vinnie bars with some fresh Edwins.

I am 36. I probably would have made it as a BMX pro if my mum didn't always call me in for tea at 5.30.

Should I now buy a 24" cruiser in an attempt to relive my youth? I'd probably gear it up a bit to mess about with my kids on cycle tracks and going into town and stuff.

Assuming yes, which one should I get? Probably <£400 as deep down I know I'll never use it.

Could someone with a BMX with ubrakes do me a massive favour and measure how far apart the bosses are from wash other?

If you could also measure from top of axle cutout to the boss that'd be even better.

Are the Vinnie bars that dark sparkle grey colour?

That colour was so good! All those OG sparkle colours were sick but the grey was clearly the best.
I'm pretty sure the Vinnie bars were around the time that Sunday dropped the Second Wave in a primer grey colour so I'd be inclined to think the bars were the same.

I know it's mainly street types here but recruiting for the trails I build at. Near Brighton. Anyone interested in chipping in over winter a couple of us drive down from east london most weekends.

I've got a Sunday OG frame with matching forks in that sparkle grey. Just looking for a set of bars to finish it off. Its a sweet colour for sure.

I need to build up a BMX again. I just bumped into some guys I used to ride with in Liverpool 10 years ago and I don't think I can't hold in not riding a BMX any more.

Who makes decent frames these days? I'm thinking 20 tt and 13.5 cs for that super quick back end. I don't want to buy new, just when I go on Pink Bike and look at used BMXs, the variety on offer is extreme.
