    A proper cycling fan will need to help me out here but I seem to remember that one of the journalists who went after Armstrong mentioned that he had seen a lot of sinister things going on in football. Football names linked to cycling doctors etc.

    I am fully expecting a doping scandal in football. The drug testing windows are fairly predictable and very infrequent. I can't believe that football is somehow noble enough not to take advantage of substances that might speed up your recovery between matches.

    I've sat with prem level ballers and watched the powdered mirror getting passed along the room. There's no way on this green earth football is clean or heavily regulated....There's too much money, too much at stake to allow such a scandal.
