I have missionworkshop fitzroy and it's great. Everyday use, all kinds of conditions. From groceries, daily commuting to weekend trips and hikes.
It look smaller then it actually is, same time looking good on and off the bike.Braasi looks good too, I like especially this one:

Have been using Alpkit Gourdon for many years… simple, tough, great value: https://www.alpkit.com/gourdon/

Second MissionWorkshop shout. Have a rambler which has a rolltop compartment as well as an expandable central bit. Best allround bit of kit I own

I have a chrome pawn, which just has velcro closure and no strap and buckle. Recommend staying away from these kinds of designs. Velcro loses its stick over time and it opens too easily

I have braasi. It's great.

I do experience same on my winter shoes, sidi Diablo.

I'd go for the Restrap or Trakke.
Both are brilliant.

You can replace them yourself see here:

Did it myself with velcro I got from eBay for less than a fiver and regular superglue and its been holding up well. I expect it to work even better with shoe glue. If you have those red plastics bits in the middle of the velcro strap (my Dominators had those) use a scalpel to remove that area.
Also in terms of backpacks I´d go for
Chrome Barrage
Chrome Bravo (bit more understated)
Restrap Unite (I like how you can attach different "modules depending on your needs)
Mission Workshop have a similar concept with their Fieldpacks I have one of those, if you want any more feedback let me know
Also the Baasi one @kamilw pointed out looks good too, never heard of the brand before. Seems to be smaller than my suggestions above so depends on how much you are going to carry

@BTR88
I will drag ot a little.
My problem is top strap above ankle. And I think changing Velcro is not enough, what I'm going to do is probably just add some sort of a small hook that could hold it well.about backpacks.
I can add that mission workshop has excellent customer service, for example my dog has eaten a buckle on my bag and they just send a new one without any problems. When my water resistance was going away I had right away help to bring it back etc. Backpack is used daily in real sh*t Finnish weather.
Found good reviews about this guys:
Can anyone recommend other brands?
