Previously I'd have recommended CMME (contractor mortgages made easy) but lately they've dicked me around saying there's restrictions on my multiples and 'money laundering' concerns.. (what?!?), and accounts requirements.. fucked them off
However, Andrew Saunders of https://www.freelancerfinancials.uk.com/mortgages-for-contractors/ was a winner, minimal information, got me a great deal and then used mouseprice.com valuation to drive LTV ratio down further, getting an even better deal! Loan agreed within one week - spot on service

Anyone suggest a good source of information for contractors getting a mortgage? Do we have a forum recommended mortgage broker?
