    When all work inboxes are being inundated with offended people there is usually only one route....Common sense doesn't usually come into it. It's about "PR".

  • When they saw the clip they were probably ready to accept the apology for it being a one off, just a case of being fired up after a match. Then the DotW blog posts were linked, and the same excuse doesn't work for the contents of those. One person's tongue-in-cheek is another person's vitriol.
