Is football really worth getting that angry about in the first place? Homeboy was spewing. I suppose "fan" is derived from "fanatic".
Sad as what I know of Clive is really cool, but once his employers saw the clip did they have any other choice?When all work inboxes are being inundated with offended people there is usually only one route....Common sense doesn't usually come into it. It's about "PR".

When they saw the clip they were probably ready to accept the apology for it being a one off, just a case of being fired up after a match. Then the DotW blog posts were linked, and the same excuse doesn't work for the contents of those. One person's tongue-in-cheek is another person's vitriol.
