Do you know what Lind of tubing the fidusa is?
-
• #255
It's columbus thron with a deda downtube I am told
-
• #256
it's also gone, had another near miss the other day on the commute that really could have been avoided if I had brakes. (Not my fault van turned across me).
Decided that I needed something with brakes for commuting on.
So fidusa is gone with this in it's place.
Gonna build it up as commuter and swap the tyres over when I want to do some offroad funs..

NGL, the fidusa was one of my favourite bikes, did it go to anyone on here?
Cinelli looks cool.
-
• #263
I'll PM you who it went to for a small fee of fiddy dorah if you want
-
• #264

• #265
Stop cock-blocking my sale, boner. Goshh
-
• #266
Yeah is one of the favourite looking bikes but tbh I don't need it. 3 track bikes it would be much better to have something I can commute nice and safe on.. And then that I can do a bit off roading with my bro when I go home
Bike went to @ir straight swap for the mash, as @B0N0R said not super cryptic

• #270

Unlucky, got it 4 free

When you put those mighty cantilever brakes on, you won't have any choice but to put and keep fat tyres on. Bike won't look good in pictures with 23s or 25s and those brakes.

• #273
okey...
It's gonna have 32's if not 35's
-
• #274
So was thinking parts wise
Sram rival crankset
Sram levers
avid shortyswheels novatec hubs to either silver tb14's or grey archetypes
then white industries freewheel
any other recomendations, things that are better at similar prices??

Get Mini Vs. Alfine cranks would give a better chainline than Rivals. I'd go DT R460 over Archetypes.
fidusa is excellent. always something brilliant about minimal rake straight forks
