Saw two cyclists nearly taken out by someone attempting a u turn on chelsea embankment without looking. Just swung out of the 2 lane traffic jam without a care in the world and come to a halt sideways across the opposite direction lane causing cyclists and motorbikes to come to an emergency stop.
Went past as he was saying "you're on my side of the road" to the two cyclists who'd nearly had a trip across his bonnet while filtering on the outside.
Amazing.
