Oof. I think I prefer the On One as well. Good price for that build as well.

Cycle to work voucher requested... that planet x will be mine..
-
• #10755
Good point that - if they set it on fire it would also look different.

• #10756
On One is ugly. Stigmata is nice.

That's Colin, met him in Banff, that bike weighed a TON, but he was keeping with us on the climbs on day one of Tour Divide. He slowed after the infamous connector (a 100% gradient piece of singletrack, 1/4 mile long that took me 20 minutes with a light bike).
I think he finished in around 30 days in the end.

@gabes I think I recall reading on here that you actually did the Tour Divide? You had a custom bike made for you?
Must have been a hell of an experience, something to remember for a lifetime. Such beautiful scenery.
Please share some words and even some pics if you feel like it.

-
• #10768
AND they use Yodel
-
• #10769

-
• #10770
get genesis datum or use a 0% credit card
-
• #10771
This.
Much easier than going through the whole cycle scheme, especially the financial option.
-
• #10772
I utfs. @gabes you rock
-
• #10773
Well cyclescheme calculator says i'll save £320 on the scheme..
so its still £220 off even with the 10%

Basically the 'savings' estimated are based on the fact that you will stay at your current employer for more than 3 years and they won't charge you at the end of the lease. Of course the transfer of lease fee is also not mentioned. If you look at the math, if you leave in one year you save £10 or something stupid. C2W is load of bollocks and isn't really worth it.
edit - ignore my question, was looking at the wrong kind of mech
