I'm no neuroscientist but if the answer to how much of our brain capacity do we use is not ambiguous then any ideas to how much we actually use?
All of it, at different times, when doing different things. Each part of the brain has a function but it doesn't always need to do something at all times so it looks like less than 100% is being used at one point.
