The bike has had different cockpits, as the stages/pictures on Pedalroom indicate. The cockpit in the picture @HHC linked is indeed Cannondale C2 (42 cm)/Cannondale C2 (100mm), as @exs75 said and the Pedalroom states.

I'd rather have a knock-off one in an anodised colour that still said Dura-Ace rather than those ones that are rebranded. Ruins an otherwise good idea imo.
