  I think it's quite easy to convert rear threaded spesh/hed 3 to 100mm.
  Then you can screw a disc adaptator such as this one:

  @mrboulard @Lobos it's meant to be ugly and I don't want to put much money on the build. Nonetheless it will get the 105 groupset from the Scapin. The latest wil get a lighter build with a miwed sram red/ force/ rival groupset.
  Hopefully I'll be able to get my hand on shimano rs685 levers for the caad10
