So I emailed Brooks about my bent saddle. They were pretty good at diagnosing it from the pics. Turned out not to be bent but the nose shackle(?) had slipped off the frame. I took it into the shop (which happens to be 2 mins from my work) and the guy was very helpful. He thought he might be able to replace the nose bit at a cost of a few quid.
Anyway, turns out in slipping off, the nose bit has nicked the main frame so it'll have to go back to the factory at a cost of £35.
Very impressed by the speed and service.
