I mean, that's plenty of time to work on holding a position. Especially as you'll be doing it more than once.
If anything, I've found holding my position for a 100 easier than a 10.
I hurt my upper body a lot riding the 50s and that 30. I think I was more aero for them than all the early season short shit I did. Can't do that for 24hrs though. 12hrs is a half-way house.
