Jebus. Didn't realise they were going for that now. We live on the ground floor (1 bed) of the same kind of building and that was 290 last May.
I've noticed the ones that are obviously owned by designer types go for a lot more. We lost out to a 1 bed of that exact flat, it looked very similar, for 350. Bonkers.

@Tenderloin I guarantee they would have got the additional £30k due to a decent taste in furniture. The interior is simple, cheap to do but well appointed. Guarantee the owner is in a design field.
