Anywhere still selling the caad 10 frameset? I'm after a 54cm (preferably at sale price)

little surprised, just mean it will be summer before it start to appear in the UK.

I know, I got the same price from Hargroves Cycles after a price match. That was a few weeks ago now, can't believe that one is still around!

Possible sale value of bits, if you just wanted the frame

£250 for cranks
£120 for wheels
£300ish for remaining group

Frame still costs a fair bit

Updated pic of my System Six. Just rebuilt with full older 7800 da, which is refreshingly mechanical and direct.

Great bikes.

7800 is my favourite DA group set to work on.

Only thing I'm not keen on is the brakes.

That's lovely, geometry is just right. You definitely lose nothing with going period correct with 7800. Modern cables and outers just makes it better imo.

I just built up a bike using spare 5600 bits and forgot how much I prefer the shape of the hoods over more modern Shimano.

Absolutely this. Aesthetically the cables out front are not great, however ergonomically the 5600/6600/7800 series are almost perfect IMO.

Aesthetically no, but it made light work of being able to get great shifting when cabling it up.

Agree 100%. Not sure what is not to like about the brakes mind you?

Lack of stiffness everything next to 5800/6800/9000.

+1 for the light shifting though. And easy to setup.
