Just grab a cheap yoga/excercise mat from sports direct. Less than a tenner usually.

I use interlocking foam gym tiles, grey ones, similar to:

They're maybe 10mm thick and pretty good.

any recommendations which floor mat to get? would be good if it would absorb some of the vibrations and not costing too much.
