I don't think they are to be fair, I haven't heard back from Matt yet either.
Will have a look and take some photos on Friday.

I'm super jealous, this is gonna be hot when finished

those forks are tidy. are the 3 bosses for mudguards/rack/dynamo?
-
• #55
Indeed! Dynamo light will be fork mounted and the gaurds will go straight on too.
Rack may come later, but not in the planned incarnation.....

Hi
Don't know if you have already decided on paint design but this might appeal (with the train colours obviously!) http://www.feathercycles.com/?portfolio=adams-racer

Grey is nice, Fluor not to my tastes, but I see where you're coming from.
I'm leaving the train paint design in Matt's capable hands. He has alluded to the idea of the 'wasp' bits being on the rear of the seat tube.
The paint also needs to show that the frame is an Eastway and we are both keen not to oblierate all refs to the orginal manufacturer.

That's fork is the mutts nutts. Much want! Do you ever take your dog out on the bike?
-
• #59
I have never found a successful way of combining Chutney and cycling. He's great with bikes and cyclists generally, but trying to get him to run alongside, get on or in a bike is another matter.
What where you thinking, custom front Jack Russell rack?
-

custom front Jack Russell rack?
That's exactly what I was thinking with dynamo powered electric blanket for those cold winter days!
Matt seems to have a device for securing his on the trailer. -
• #61
The electric blanket is a genius idea, that might actually tempt him up :)
I could try and wire in some of those eclectic shoe warmer jobs for me too.....
I think Matt's dog Affy is a bit older and is happy to get on the trailer, maybe Chuts will grow into it....when he gives up fighting the world, one massive stick at a time.

I suspect he's left his telephone on a pub table.
-

Yep. I figured. Hopefuly it just 'bantz' and he got the phone back.
-
• #66
I left my phone with Jim.

Lights have arrived, paint is ordered, it's all good to go............and I'm going away for two weeks.
Matt has said he will wait until I'm gone to decide to paint it with sparkly rainbow unicorns.
-
• #70
Saw this fork in the flesh today and it's lovely!
Be careful he doesn't paint it with the glow in the dark paint he's busting to try!
-
• #71
Glow in the dark unicorns you say? Hmmm.
I meant to get up last week and see the forks myself but I never made it unfortunately. I saw Matt at the #savebrixtoncycles crowdfunding launch on Thursday (massive plug there, sorry, def not sorry) and he had a pretty cheeky look on his face and told me not to worry about the paint.......
-

Paint is sorted.
BR Blue main colour with white BR and Eastway logos, Talbot antenna on the forks and wasp stripes down the rear of the seat tube. Matt is going to try and so something painty with the BC red stripe logo too. Hopefully a cheeky update should be on the cards this week.
I have serious fork envy of @laner 's fixed tourer atm :)

I love the forks, just not sure about the logo/badge on the legs. Not my ride though.
-

Disagree. Logo is amaze.
More worried about all the holes in the blades - assume they all have specific purposes?!
Yarp, the SON dropout converters mean that the dynamo cabling only needs to pop out of the top of the crown too.
Matt has done an utterly amazing job with them. I'm hoping to go and touch all the wonderous things on Friday.
