    I can confirm that I have checked this with our Returns Team and unfortunately this is not classified as a manufacturing fault. we are then unable to except this back as a return and unable to process this as one either. I am sorry I was unable to help you.

    Surley as the clamp broke during normal usage it is the fault of the product? Is there anything more I can do? If not what light + mount do u guys recommend for TT seat posts?

  • You can try under the sale of goods act, particularly if you've had it for less than six months.

    Suggest a clamp that fails isn't of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose.

    It surely is, and stop calling me Shirley :-) While it is strictly Wiggle's problem to fix (sale of Goods Act, as @aggi says, makes the retailer responsible to the consumer for fitness for purpose claims), you might want to get in touch with USE, as they are real people in this country who actually take an interest in how their product perform in the field
