Unless you want to pay American lawyers, or think a media hate campaign will help change their minds, you can't do a great deal unless you paid by credit card or by Paypal. In those cases, seek a chargeback (credit card) or open a dispute (Paypal). If you paid by debit card or bank transfer then suck it up.
